Regular 87 Gasoline
The default fleet gasoline — utility vehicles, trucks, and any equipment whose manufacturer accepts an ethanol blend.
FLEET GASOLINEGOLF COURSE FUEL DESK
Fuel ordering for golf courses — the phone calls and paper tickets, replaced by one saved course profile.
Now onboarding Florida coursesThree steps, and the second one is the last phone call you will ever have to make about fuel.
Your tanks, your fuels, your delivery notes — saved once, on the form below.
A licensed Florida distributor matched to your course and your fuel lineup.
The distributor delivers and bills you directly. Your profile and history live here, ready for one-tap reorders as the Desk grows.
Every fuel a course runs on — the same lineup your distributor delivers today.
The default fleet gasoline — utility vehicles, trucks, and any equipment whose manufacturer accepts an ethanol blend.
FLEET GASOLINEFor the equipment and vehicles that specifically call for 89 octane — listed so your profile covers the whole fleet.
FLEET GASOLINEHigh-compression small engines and any manufacturer that specs premium fuel.
FLEET GASOLINEThe small-engine fuel. No ethanol means no phase separation, fewer carburetor failures, and safer storage — what superintendents ask for by name for two-stroke handhelds, mowers, and seasonal equipment.
SMALL ENGINESFully taxed, undyed diesel for road-registered trucks and any diesel vehicle that leaves the property on public roads.
HIGHWAY USEThe mower-fleet fuel — tractors, mowers, and equipment that never operate on public highways. It carries no state or federal highway fuel excise, which is the tax-advantaged lane for course equipment. It needs its own labeled tank and must never go into a registered highway vehicle.
EQUIPMENT TANKSDiesel exhaust fluid for Tier 4 Final diesels — most modern turf equipment will not run without it. Delivered alongside your diesel, in bulk or tote.
TIER 4 DIESELSPropane, kerosene, heating oil, and the oils & lubricants your shop burns through — if your operation runs on it, it belongs in your profile. Note it in your course profile below and your distributor quotes it on its own paper, the same as every other line at the Desk. No separate hunt, no second supplier to chase.
THROUGH YOUR DISTRIBUTORThe Fuel Desk is a platform, not a fuel company. Every delivery runs through a licensed Florida fuel distributor who is the seller of record on your account: the distributor sets the price, owns the truck and the delivery, issues the invoice, collects your payment, and files every fuel tax. The Fuel Desk takes no title to fuel, holds no fuel, and touches no fuel payment — our job is the profile, the introduction, and the record that makes reordering easy.
Jacksonville pilot: the pilot is forming now in Northeast Florida, and Gate Fuel Service (GATE Petroleum, Jacksonville) — a hometown distributor already fueling commercial accounts and job-site tanks across the region — is the first distributor invited. Courses outside the pilot area can build a profile now and will be matched as coverage expands across Florida.
Fuel is not priced off a shelf — it is assembled on delivery day from a published index plus your distributor's terms. The Fuel Desk follows the industry's own formula, the same one on your current fuel tickets:
Delivered price = published rack price (your terminal city, your exact product) + distributor's differential + freight + itemized taxes & fees
Tell us what your course runs on. Sending the profile starts your introduction — no account, no payment, no obligation.
A licensed Florida fuel distributor — never the Fuel Desk. The distributor is the seller of record: it sets the price, delivers the fuel, issues the invoice, and handles all fuel taxes. The Fuel Desk builds your course profile and makes the introduction.
By the distributor, using the fuel industry's own formula: the published rack price for your terminal city and product, plus the distributor's differential and freight, plus itemized taxes and fees. The final price is set on the day of delivery and itemized line by line on the distributor's invoice — the same way your fuel tickets read today.
No. The Fuel Desk never collects payment for fuel. You pay the distributor's invoice, on the distributor's terms, exactly as you do today.
The Fuel Desk is now onboarding Florida golf courses, starting in the Jacksonville and North Florida area, where the pilot is forming now — Gate Fuel Service, the distributor already serving courses across the First Coast, is the first invited. Courses elsewhere in Florida can build a profile now and will be matched as distributor coverage expands.
What does fuel actually cost at courses like yours — and how do deliveries actually go? Superintendents and equipment managers share their last delivered prices by area, delivery experiences, tank and pump tips, and the lines to check on every invoice.
