How ordering works right now
Ordering is opening in stages. Send your request now, and the Fuel Desk transmits it to your course’s licensed distributor as partner coverage activates for your area. The request also goes on the Desk’s shared order record, and your distributor confirms it from a private link — no account or sign-in — so their answer shows right on your record below. Your distributor confirms the order, prices it on delivery day — rack + differential + freight + itemized taxes — delivers into your tanks, and invoices your course directly.
The Fuel Desk never sells, stores, delivers, or collects payment for fuel. There is no payment step on this page, and there never will be: you pay your distributor’s invoice, on your distributor’s terms, exactly as you do today.

Request sent — reference
Your email app opened with this request addressed to the Fuel Desk — press send there to complete the transmit. What happens next: the Fuel Desk passes your request to your licensed distributor exactly as you submitted it. The distributor confirms, sets the delivery-day price, delivers into your tanks, and invoices your course directly. A copy of this request is saved under Your record below — and because the request is also on the shared order record, you can tap Check for distributor updates there to see your distributor’s confirmation and replies.
Step 5 — Your record
Every request you send from this device is kept here — reference, date, fuels and gallons — ready to sit next to your distributor’s invoice for each delivery.
No requests yet on this device. Your first sent request will appear here.
Records live on this device for now — they are saved in this browser, so use the same phone or computer to see them. Your distributor’s invoice remains the document of record for every delivery.
Step 6 — Review
After each delivery, the Desk reviews the record with your course: the gallons and dates from your requests, your delivery confirmations, and your distributor’s invoice copies — one complete history, organized and ready for your books and for tax time, including the records behind federal fuel-tax credit claims. The Desk keeps records; it never gives tax advice.
